How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact Us
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Receive Confirmation
Our team will review your request and send you a return authorisation and pickup details within 24 hours.
Pack & Dispatch
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Our courier will collect it from your address.
Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Eligible for Exchange
- Unworn, unwashed items
- All original tags attached
- Original Gasir packaging intact
- Exchanged within 5 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items
